**Full Job Description**

**Job Title**: Telecaller (Real Estate Background Preferred) - Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to available real estate properties.
- Provide accurate and clear information to clients about property details and offers.
- Schedule site visits, appointments, and follow-up calls.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- A keen interest or background in real estate is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of property market trends and customer preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
