**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage and update content on the company website and social media channels.
- Assist with event planning including trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communications materials.
- Manage marketing calendars and track deadlines for campaigns and content.

**Qualifications**:

- B.tech, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing support role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., construction, tech, manufacturing].
- Working knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and graphic design tools.
- Experience with event coordination or public relations.
