**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 (depending on experience)

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and organized person to help us manage our clients, coordinate tasks across teams, and also support in growing the business through lead generation and sales support.

This is a key role at **Digiello Marketing**, where you’ll act as the central point of communication between our team and clients — making sure work is delivered on time and clients stay happy. Along with that, you’ll also assist in creating sales plans, following up with leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Client Management**
- Coordinate work between SEO, design, video, and web development teams
- Track tasks, timelines, and delivery of all projects
- Attend client calls, take updates/briefs, and follow up with the team
- Translate client feedback into clear action points for the team
- Keep track of deliverables using tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, etc.
- Send timely reports and updates to clients
- Ensure no task or deadline is missed
- Keep everyone aligned and communication flowing smoothly

**Sales Support & Business Development**
- Help the founder with basic sales follow-ups and client onboarding
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Follow up with incoming leads from forms, social media, or referrals
- Schedule calls or demos and maintain a lead tracking sheet
- Bring new ideas for outreach, partnerships, and client retention
- Work on basic LinkedIn and Instagram outreach under guidance

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in client servicing or project coordination
- Clear and professional communication skills (written + verbal)
- Basic understanding of how digital marketing services work (SEO, social media, website design, etc.)
- Strong at follow-ups, organization, and accountability
- Eager to learn, solve problems, and support business growth
- Good with task tools like Google Sheets, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion

**Bonus Skills**
- Knows how to use Canva, basic Excel, or Google Slides
- Experience in making proposals or sending quotations
- Has worked in an agency, startup, or client-facing role

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
