**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work complies with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage and track materials inventory, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site personnel.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
