**Job Details**:
**Position: Site Supervisor**

**Location: Noida**

**Experience: Minimum 3 years in finishing & interior work**

**Salary: ₹6 LPA (CTC) + Travel Compensation**

**Working Days: 6 days a week**

**Work Timings: As per project requirements**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee and supervise on-site finishing and interior work to ensure quality and timely execution.

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of construction.

Resolve on-site issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Prepare daily reports, maintain documentation, and communicate progress to the project manager.

Ensure that work is completed within the allocated budget and timeline.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing and interior work

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an advantage

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
