Marketing Assistant

Sales wholesale
- Research potential wholesale customers in India and overseas using a variety of platforms from shop databases, google search to social media platforms.
- Create customer contacts develop customer relationships and market our collection/catalogs to them utilising WhatsApp, websites, virtual saree showcase and other modes.
- Generate leads and process them through our sales funnel while liaising with our operations team.
- Progress towards the sales targets set by management.
- Nurture relationships with new client acquisitions and develop customer retention.

Wholesale website (Whatsapp Business)
- Manage and update inventory on our wholesale website. Answer queries and direct clients towards their requirements.
- Manage client account profiles to track sales data and produce reports on a weekly basis.
- Import and export product and inventory data to keep both retail and wholesale websites in sync.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase adoption of our website for all existing and new clients.
- Promote the website to new prospects with a variety of tools involving SEO, SEM and SMM.
- Develop weekly reports on metrics and sales data.
- Follow up on pending sales and liaise with the team to progress client orders through the sales funnel.

Ecommerce platforms (Eg: Amazon, Etsy)
- Catalog the specified collections with all product details.
- Coordinate with the platform for orders and returns.
- Update and manage inventory on platforms with the aid of our website.
- Engage with customers and answer queries and progress sales through the sales funnel.
- Liaise with the team with regards to logistics and packaging.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
