**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and digitally savvy Social Media & Graphic Designing Expert to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies while crafting visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create high-quality visual content (static posts, reels, videos, infographics, etc.) aligned with the brand identity
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and increase engagement
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, design, and digital marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts consistently across channels

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in both social media management and graphic design (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Excellent visual storytelling, design, and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
