**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the other founders to define the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
- **Marketing & Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Oversee sales initiatives and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
- **Technology & Product Development**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our technology platform, working closely with the development team. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve marketing effectiveness and client experience.
- **Business Development & Partnerships**: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand our market reach and enhance our service offerings.
- **Team Leadership & Mentorship**: Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- **Financial Management & Reporting**: Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
- **Market Analysis & Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate or technology industry, preferably with a focus on marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- A passion for technology and its potential to transform the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹424,276.83 - ₹1,749,513.84 per year

Schedule:
