Our focus is on bridging the healthcare gap by improving access to preventive and primary care, supporting better health outcomes, and creating scalable solutions that are financially viable and socially impactful. We are at the forefront of healthcare innovation and are inviting passionate, driven entrepreneurs to join us as Co-Founders to shape the future of healthcare in India.

Role Description

We are looking for a
full-time Co-Founder
to join us, with flexibility to work remotely. This role is for a strategic leader who will be hands-on in building and growing the business. The Co-Founder will play a key role in steering the company's direction, expanding its reach, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with long-term growth and impact
  • Lead fundraising and investment discussions, and contribute financially as an investing partner
  • Drive sales, marketing, and outreach efforts to build awareness and customer acquisition
  • Conduct market research and analyze healthcare trends to inform decision-making
  • Build and nurture partnerships with schools, corporates, NGOs, and healthcare providers
  • Manage operations, teams, and stakeholder relationships across regions
  • Align team efforts with the company's vision of making healthcare accessible for all
  • Uphold Medify's values, ensuring ethical, sustainable, and impactful healthcare delivery

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in a leadership role or entrepreneurial capacity is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or healthtech space
  • Exposure to government healthcare programs, CSR initiatives, or rural outreach programs

Investment Requirement

This is a
Co-Founder role with investment
. Candidates must be willing to contribute capital and share in the equity of the company. Investment details and valuation will be discussed during the selection process.
