Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a serious co-founder and hands-on CTO with investment capacity. The role is located in Hyderabad. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy and implementation, leading the development team, and ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals. The individual will also have a significant role in technical decision-making, identifying technology trends, and managing technological resources.

We are looking for a
strategic Co-Founder & CTO
who will not only bring in investment but also
actively lead the technology execution and growth journey
with us.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in technical decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective team leadership and client interactions
  • Sales and Marketing skills to drive business growth and strategy alignment
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT industry
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Open-Source technologies
  • Proven expertise in Web, ERP, and AI technologies
  • Strong leadership and execution skills to scale delivery & innovation
  • Willingness to work hands-on with the founding team
  • Ready to commit long-term and take ownership as an active co-founder
  • Investment Required: In the range of ₹2 Cr
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Advanced degrees are a plus
