Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at Telugu Talks with LK, located in Hyderabad. The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving the podcast's vision, and fostering community engagement. Key tasks include strategic planning, guest outreach, content planning, marketing strategy development, and partnership cultivation. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the podcast's success and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in content planning and guest outreach
  • Proficiency in marketing strategy development and community engagement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for storytelling and the power of podcasts
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Experience in the podcasting or media industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media, or related field
