**Job Summary**:
The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's security vision, strategy, and programs to protect personnel, physical assets, and information. The CSO oversees both physical and cybersecurity functions and ensures regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and business continuity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the organization’s security strategy, policies, and programs to ensure comprehensive protection of assets, employees, and data.
- Oversee cybersecurity and physical security teams, ensuring coordination and alignment with business goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to enforce and audit security policies.
- Lead incident response and investigation efforts during security breaches or crises.
- Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party risk assessments.
- Conduct regular security audits and provide executive reports on security status and improvement plans.
- Develop training programs to promote security awareness among employees.
- Establish and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
