We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Sales Agent** at **FinesinTech Pvt. Ltd.** As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a results-oriented approach.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products or services as valuable solutions to meet those needs.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
Sales Presentations: Conduct effective and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure sales while maintaining a win-win approach for both the company and the customer.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software or other tools provided.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
**Requirements**:
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Agent or a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.
Persuasive Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade potential customers effectively.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging sales situations.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and digital communication platforms.
A minimum educational requirement, although a **Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, 12 Pass or a related field is a plus.**
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
