Freight Broker Agent

Job Duties:

- Lead generation, attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
- You must know how to prepare all documents needed for this transaction.
- Ensuring pickups and deliveries are scheduled and fulfilled and customers are kept informed regarding the progress of a shipment.
- Maintain a solid understanding of current market conditions and business trends to effectively negotiate rates and lanes with customers and carriers.
- Dispatching trucks and problem-solving issues that could affect a shipment’s pickup or delivery.

Qualifications:

- You provide your own customer base and list of carriers or you have BOOK OF BUSINESS
- Minimum 1 year working in logistics as dispatcher/freight broker sales
- You have worked in the US market
- You know how to use Load boards
- Must have knowledge of TMS, Outlook, and other technological tools
- Strong attention to details

Working condition:
Remote

Mon-Fri 8-5pm EST

**Benefits**:
