As our Digital Marketing Specialist you will manage our clients and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization, and managing the execution of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, and our website to generate leads and drive sales
- Create targeted marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Monitor campaign performance by channel and implementing optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Analyze web traffic, lead generation, funnel conversion, and other data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop and optimize multi-channel nurture systems for different customer personas and lifecycle stages
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identity marketing qualified leads and hand off to the sales team
- Keep updated on digital marketing best practices and platforms to guide strategic decisions.
- Create regular performance reports to demonstrate impact of marketing initiatives
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned

**Role Requirements**
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 1+ year experience in content marketing and/or executing digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms like Google suite, Google analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Adobe.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Strong technical skills and ability work efficiently in multiple systems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with design and employer brand consistency
- Creative thinker capable of translating business objectives into effective marketing campaigns
- Previous sales experience a plus

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged sitting and working on a computer.

**Work Environment**
- Ability to work independently in an office or remote environment

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
