**Job Description:
- **
**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify, target, and develop new customers in industrial automation, OEMs, control panel manufacturers, and system integrators.
- Promote and sell Ethernet switches, DIN rail power supplies, and relay control modules.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
**Marketing & Lead Generation**
- Generate leads through industrial directories, LinkedIn, trade portals, and cold calling.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, datasheets, and product catalogs.
**Technical Consultation & Product Support**
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation to help clients choose suitable product models.
- Collaborate with the technical team for demos, trials, or customization requests.
- Train channel partners and customers on product features and usage.
**Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong client relationships and regularly follow up for repeat business and feedback.
- Build and manage distribution channels or dealer networks if applicable.
**Reporting & Coordination**
- Maintain CRM/database for tracking leads, visits, quotes, and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment and invoicing.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Electronics**, **Electrical**, **Instrumentation**, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in **industrial product sales**, especially in automation components or networking hardware.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking, power electronics, or control systems is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally or regionally for client visits and trade shows.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience selling **Ethernet switches**, **SMPS**, **PLC I/O modules**, or **relay boards**.
- Familiarity with **industrial communication protocols** (Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.).
- Existing customer base in manufacturing, automation, or panel building industries.
