Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Drupal projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Provide expertise in selecting appropriate modules, themes, and configurations to achieve project goals.
- Solution Development: Design and develop custom Drupal modules, themes, and features to implement complex functionalities. Collaborate with developers to ensure clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Drupal websites, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve page load times and overall user experience.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards. Implement best practices to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest Drupal trends and technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver successful projects on time and within scope.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Provide technical support to resolve website-related problems and ensure smooth operations.
- Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Drupal Developer or Drupal Architect, with a strong portfolio of successful Drupal projects.
- Expertise in Drupal 8/9/10, including custom module development, theming, and configuration management.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of web standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (Git), continuous integration, and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web service integration methods.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Drupal certifications (Acquia Certified Developer, Acquia Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are advantageous.
