Solution Architect

**As a seasoned Architect withing our Enterprise Architecture team at Ecolab, your role involves a deep partnership with business units, playing a strategic part in business transformation initiatives and influencing the technological trajectory of our organization in architecting technology solutions.**:
**This position requires a robust accomplishment of working with technology vendors, taking part in RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, and leading the adoption of modern technology evolutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**:

- At least 15 years of experience with more than 5 years in technical architecture, with a proven accomplishment in designing & architecting large-scale solutions.
- Extensive experience in leading business transformation initiatives and partnering effectively with various business units.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of integration between different technologies and systems.
- ** Business Acumen**:

- Strong ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
- Experience in working with technology vendors and evaluations in RFP processes.
- Experience in working with Global teams.
- ** Leadership and Communication**:

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive leadership.
- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
- ** Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and other related areas are highly desirable.
