- **Education Qualification**: B.E/ B.Tech /Diploma in Textile Technology
- **Required Experience**: 3+ Year of Experience

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**1. Weaving Process Supervision**:
Oversee the daily operations of the weaving department, ensuring smooth and efficient production of fabrics.

Supervise and coordinate the operation of weaving machines, ensuring high-quality fabric production.

Ensure timely setup of machines, including yarn preparation and loom settings, to meet the required specifications.

**2. Team Management & Training**:
Supervise a team of weaving operators and workers, ensuring they follow proper procedures and safety protocols.

Provide training and guidance to new employees on machine operation, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Motivate the team to maintain productivity levels and adhere to production targets.

**3.Production Planning & Coordination**:
Coordinate with the production planning department to ensure weaving operations are aligned with overall production schedules.

Ensure that all necessary materials are available for smooth operations.

Adjust production schedules to address delays or issues, ensuring that deadlines are met.

**4.Performance Reporting & Documentation**:
Maintain records of production output, machine performance, and any issues that arise during the weaving process.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production progress and fabric quality for management review.

Document machine maintenance and repair activities to ensure accurate records for future reference.

**5.Continuous Improvement**:
Identify areas for process improvement in the weaving department and collaborate with senior management to implement solutions.

Suggest adjustments to loom settings, machine maintenance schedules, or material handling procedures to improve overall efficiency.

Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, share feedback, and explore solutions for optimization.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Understanding of weaving techniques and machine operations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality control.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in a têxtile manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
