**Machine Operation and Monitoring**
- Operate and supervise airjet looms during the weaving process.
- Ensure optimal performance of the looms with mínimal stoppage.
- Continuously monitor machine parameters and fabric quality.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**
- Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement).
- Identify and resolve mechanical or electronic issues quickly.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.

**Quality Control**
- Monitor fabric for weaving defects like broken picks, warp breaks, or incorrect weft insertion.
- Ensure production meets quality standards (tension, alignment, density).
- Make necessary loom adjustments to maintain consistent output.

**Production Efficiency**
- Achieve target production output (meters per shift/day).
- Minimize loom downtime by ensuring timely supply of weft yarns and warp beams.
- Record and report production data and any machine issues.

**Supervision and Coordination**
- Train and guide loom operators or assistants.
- Coordinate with warping, sizing, and finishing departments for smooth workflow.
- Report performance and maintenance updates to supervisors or managers.

**Safety and Compliance**
- Follow all safety protocols while working with high-speed machinery.
- Ensure work area and machinery are clean and hazard-free.
- Comply with factory regulations and standard operating procedures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
