**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule weaving production based on order priority and delivery timelines.
- Manage **yarn inventory**, ensure timely availability, and minimize wastage.
- Monitor loom allocation, efficiency, and fabric quality (especially for Jacquard and viscose fabrics).
- Prepare and maintain production reports, loom-wise schedules, and shift-wise planning.
- Liaise with **design**, **purchase**, and **quality control** teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure on-time order completion and delivery with mínimal delays or rework.
- Maintain effective communication between **office** and **factory staff**, including loom operators, supervisors, and production heads.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in **weaving PPC**, preferably in **Jacquard** or **viscose yarn fabric units**.
- Sound knowledge of yarn types, weaving techniques, and loom planning.
- Strong command over **production tracking**, factory coordination, and order management.
- Good communication and leadership skills to issue and follow up on production commands.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and production pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in **Textile Technology** or relevant field.
- Familiarity with **Jacquard design files**, weave structures, and loom settings is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
