**Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning and executing Hybris Billing **BRIM SOM** Implementation / Integrate / Support
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
- Ability to configure **SAP BRIM SOM **module and deliver work products/packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.
- Strong configuration hands-on experience in** SAP CRM/SD **modules.****:

- To provide Consulting Services to Acuiti Labs clients for implementation and support
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
- Work effectively in mixed Client and Consultancy teams

**Required skills**:

- Good understanding of the One order Framework
- Good understanding of CRM middleware configuration and developments
- Conceptually strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Implementation experience would be good to have
- Must be willing to learn and get trained on SAP BRIM Module
- Configuration of Sales Order Management, Leads and Opportunity Management, Contracts Management, Quotation Management, Pipeline Performance Management, etc.
- Configured the Middleware settings in CRM and ECC, Administration Console, Data Loads, and Middleware Enhancements using BADIs and User Exits.
- Configured the Web UI, Business Roles, PFCG Roles, Navigation Profile, Work Centers, Technical Profile, etc.
- Comprehensively involved in designing custom enhancements using various CRM BADIs and CRM WEBUI.
- Worked with the training and testing teams to ensure the project teams produce quality deliverables.
- Responsible for training business users and post-go-live support activities.
- Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA 1909 would be good to have.

- SAP SD pricing functionality
- SAP CRM

**Education**:BE/ B.Tech /MBA
