Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
SAP CRM / SOM Consultant
with strong expertise in
SAP CRM Web UI, BOL, GenIL framework,
and
Subscription Order Management (SOM),
in
Pune.
The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing solutions to support subscription lifecycle processes, order management, and customer engagement across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure
    SAP CRM SOM
    for subscription order management, contract lifecycle, and service provisioning.
  • Develop and enhance
    SAP CRM Web UI components
    to improve user experience and meet business requirements.
  • Work with
    BOL and GenIL frameworks
    to build custom applications and extend standard CRM functionality.
  • Manage end-to-end
    subscription lifecycle activities
    including order capture, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
    functional and technical solutions
    .
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM SOM with other SAP modules (e.g.,
    SAP CI, FI-CA, Convergent Charging
    ) and external systems.
  • Perform
    unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-go-live support
    .
  • Create and maintain
    technical documentation, process flows, and training materials
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in
    SAP CRM and SOM
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    SAP CRM Web UI, BOL, and GenIL frameworks
    .
  • Experience in
    subscription lifecycle management and product catalog modeling
    .
  • Good understanding of
    integration scenarios
    between SOM, CI, and ERP backends.
  • Proficiency in
    debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
    .

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to
    SAP BRIM suite
    (Convergent Charging, FI-CA, Convergent Mediation).
  • Experience with
    SAP S/4HANA environments
    .
  • SAP CRM/SOM module certification.
  • Domain knowledge in
    telecom, utilities, or digital subscription industries
    .
