**Role Overview**

We're seeking skilled videographers and photographers to document our upcoming MMA championship event in Bangalore. This position offers an opportunity to capture high-impact sports action and contribute to the visual narrative of a national-level event.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Event Coverage**
- Capture comprehensive visual documentation of the MMA championship
- Record key moments from fights, ceremonies, and backstage activities
- Ensure thorough coverage of the entire event timeline

**Fighter Profiles**
- Produce high-quality portraits and action shots of participating athletes
- Document pre
- and post-fight activities and emotions
- Create visual narratives that highlight fighters' journeys and personalities

**Crowd and Atmosphere**
- Capture the energy and reactions of the audience throughout the event
- Document the overall atmosphere and setup of the venue
- Provide visual context for the scale and impact of the championship

**Social Media Content**
- Generate timely visual content suitable for various social media platforms
- Collaborate with the social media team for real-time content updates
- Produce visually engaging teasers and recap materials

**Technical Proficiency**
- Demonstrate adaptability in various lighting conditions and environments
- Efficiently manage and operate multiple camera setups as required
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and prepared for event demands

**Teamwork and Communication**
- Coordinate closely with content and marketing teams to align on visual objectives
- Remain flexible to capture unplanned, significant moments as they occur
- Maintain clear communication regarding shot lists, captured content, and creative concepts

**Post-Production**
- Organize and catalog all visual assets for easy retrieval and use
- Perform initial edits and selections to streamline the content curation process
- Deliver high-quality finished products in accordance with event deadlines
