Videographer/Photographer - Political and Real Estate Clients

The Ads Enterprise, a leading media production agency, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Videographer/Photographer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. We specialize in providing top-notch visual content for high-profile clients in the fields of politics and real estate. As a key player in the media industry, we pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge and impactful visuals that set our clients apart.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Production**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content for political and real estate clients.
- Operate video cameras, drones, and other equipment to capture footage.
- Conduct on-location and in-studio shoots, ensuring optimal lighting and sound conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video production.

2. **Photography**:

- Capture striking and compelling photographs that align with the clients' branding and messaging.
- Conduct on-location and studio photography sessions, utilizing a variety of lighting techniques.
- Edit and retouch photos to meet the highest standards of quality.

3. **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit video footage and photos to create polished, engaging, and professional final products.
- Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in visual storytelling across all media.

4. **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and manage all video and photography equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
- Keep abreast of advancements in video and photo technology, recommending equipment upgrades as necessary.

5. **Client Interaction**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver content that exceeds expectations.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality of visual content.

6. **Travel**:

- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for travel to various locations within Bangalore and beyond, as required by the job.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer/Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Familiarity with political and real estate sectors is a plus.
