About the Internship

Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will:

- Assist senior photographers and videographers during live shoots (weddings, corporate events, and more).
- Learn and contribute to professional photo/video editing and post-production workflows.
- Get to work on **real client projects**, from shoot to final delivery.
- Research current trends, create mood boards, and support pre-shoot planning.
- Organize project files, maintain backups, and help manage our media archive.

8-Week Structured Learning Program

**Week 1-2**
- Learn editing tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere Pro.
- Assist on shoots and shadow senior creatives.

**Week 3-4**
- Dive deeper into color grading, audio sync, and visual storytelling.
- Start owning small portions of shoot/edit projects.

**Week 5-6**
- Lead your first shoot/editing assignment under mentorship.
- Learn to troubleshoot in real-time and adapt your creative style.

**Week 7-8**
- Finalize your best project for the end-of-program showcase.
- Receive certificate, feedback, and potential job offers

- **Location**: Bangalore (in-office)
- **Start Date**: Between **10th May ‘25 - 19th May ‘25**:

- **Duration**: 2 months (extendable to 4 based on performance)
- **Stipend**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000/month + ₹1,000 - ₹5,000/month incentives
