- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a focus on both national and international recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its various domains, such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or training in recruitment or human resources management.
- Experience recruiting for international positions and working with global teams.
- Knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and international hiring regulations.

Pay: ₹237,144.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
