Job Role - CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools, and configuring machine settings (Fanuc, Mitsubushi)
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient machining processes.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to program and execute machining operations accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and provide input on machining feasibility and optimization.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to specifications, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues that may arise during the machining process, such as tool wear or programming errors, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including program revisions, setup procedures, and quality control results.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC machining technology and techniques.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a CNC Operator cum Programmer in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam) for programming CNC machines.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with G-code and other CNC programming languages.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Prior experience with CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.

**Work Location - Mira Road**

**Open to work in Rotational or Night Shifts.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
