**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ITI/ B-Tech in Mechanical, Machining, or Tool and Die Making.
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC setter and programmer in a precision machining of Non-ferrous (Aluminium) and Ferrous parts.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc controls.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and materials (aluminum, steel, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit CNC programs for 4-axis VMC and CNC turning machines using manual coding on Fanuc controls.
- Set up machines, including tooling, fixtures, and work offsets, to meet job specifications.
- Optimize machining processes to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and tool life.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining, programming, and tool wear issues.
- Conduct first-off inspections and ensure components meet quality standards using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, SRT and CMM.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and processes as per IATF.
