**Position Title**: Jr. Product Designer

**Location**: Surat (No Work-from-Home Option)

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Jr.Product Designer** to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly products. Your work will directly impact the user experience and satisfaction of our customers. If you are passionate about design, user-centric solutions, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and product requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine product designs.
- Develop design solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all designs and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and receive constructive feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Product Designer or in a similar design role (1-3 years).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to create and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design work, including mobile/web apps or products.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with design systems and responsive design.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
