Position: Jr. Graphic Designer

Role & Responsibilities:
Conceptual development and execution of creatives to help build brand awareness Design and deliver high-quality creatives for Print layouts
- Retouch and Color Correct images accurately with Product and Crop/Resize them according to the given guidelines.
- Concepting, directing, executing, producing and troubleshooting all aspects of design initiatives
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering the necessary materials
- Ideates creative concepts by analysing the given information
- End-to-end delivery of design
- Contributes to team effort by attaining related results as needed
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Work iteratively, take multiple rounds of feedback and stay organized

Skills Set:

- 2- 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Exceptional skills in Retouching, Color Correction, print & digital design
- Artistic ability and a passion for creativity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator.
- The portfolio must include examples of Retouching, Color Correction, print & digital advertising, e-marketing design

Understand best practices on image corrections, layouts, graphic guidelines, and fonts
- Team player who can work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work in a high paced deadline based environment
- Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively.
