Work Location - Mumbai, Navi

Job Type - Full Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, and maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings and research consumer needs, and identify how our products can meet them.
- Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channels.
- Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions - Responsible for achieving planned sales of channel
- Develop and ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of Pan India within budgeted costs
- Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of the Company's products - Provide input in the generation of the SKU's intake/sales forecast
- Working as part of a Key Account team to ensure results are reached according to account plans - Experience in entering new Channels
- Managing and organizing sales activation campaigns across pan India
- Analyzing the success of previous campaigns and thereby building and maintaining a calendar of sales activation campaigns.
- Educate consumers about the product being promoted (through sales activations)
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics.
- Coordinate with stockiest, distributors, retailers and other related stakeholders

Education & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales/Sales activation. (Beverage will be added advantages)

**Salary**: ₹115,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
