Barista Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a barista trainer to conduct trainings, audits, demonstrations, and tasting sessions for our B2B clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with Training Managers and sales team to identify B2B training needs.
Schedule appropriate training sessions for B2B clients with coordination with the sales and training team.
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum and gauge areas that need to be changed in the training program based on feedback.
Train, guide and support B2B clients.
Maintain a database of all training materials.
Keep attendance and other records. Track and compile collected data.
Conduct regular audits for B2B clients.
Perform duties of a Barista for B2B events whenever required.
Conduct tasting sessions for B2B clients
Accompany sales team for B2B/sales meeting.
