This is not just a barista role — it’s an opportunity to build, invent, experiment, and lead. You will be responsible for managing the coffee program end-to-end, mentoring baristas, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what coffee can be.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the entire coffee bar operations and team. Create and experiment with signature beverages, seasonal menus, and coffee-based innovations. Source, evaluate, and manage coffee beans — with a deep understanding of origins, roasting levels, and flavor profiles. Train and mentor junior baristas, setting high standards in technique and hospitality. Work closely with management on coffee program strategy, cost controls, and sourcing. Ensure quality control of all coffee-related beverages and operations. Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues with grinders, espresso machines, etc. Represent the brand and participate in coffee workshops, tastings, and community events.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum4 years of barista experiencein high-volume or specialty or cafes. Deep knowledge ofcoffee beans, roasting techniques, and brew methods(espresso, pour-over, cold brew, etc.). Stronginnovation mindset— loves to create new drinks and explore flavor combinations. Leadership qualities — capable of managing and motivating a team. Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Experience with high-end coffee equipment and understanding of preventive maintenance.
