ob Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prepare a variety of beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and answering menu-related questions.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
  • Manage inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as needed.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines at all times.
  • Suggest menu items or upsell specialty drinks and snacks to customers.
  • Assist in training new staff when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
