We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Junior Barista, you will assist the Head Barista in ensuring that the coffee bar runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering top-quality coffee and service to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills in the coffee industry and gain experience working alongside experienced baristas in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Barista in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks, following recipes and procedures.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to produce high-quality drinks.
- Ensure all beverages are made to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular cleaning of coffee equipment and tools.
- Assist with restocking and organizing inventory, ensuring supplies are always available for the shift.
- Help train and support new baristas, learning from the Head Barista and providing guidance as needed.
- Work efficiently during busy periods, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the coffee bar is properly set up and closed down at the end of the day.
- Contribute to a positive, friendly, and team-oriented atmosphere in the cafe.
- Learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and the cafe’s menu to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required.
- A passion for coffee and the desire to learn more about coffee preparation and the coffee industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple orders.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
