## Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Intern** to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in creating, curating, and managing content for various social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media marketing and eager to learn about digital strategies in a fast-paced fashion industry environment.

## Responsibilities:
1. **Content Creation & Management**:

- Assist in creating engaging content (images, videos, graphics) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Help manage the content calendar and ensure the timely posting of content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.

2. **Social Media Strategy**:

- Assist in developing social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry updates to optimize content and suggest new ideas for increasing engagement.
- Support the implementation of paid social media ad campaigns as needed.

3. **Community Engagement**:

- Engage with the brand’s social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on audience growth, engagement metrics, and overall social media performance.
- Help build relationships with influencers and collaborate on social media campaigns.

4. **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Assist in monitoring social media analytics and tracking the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Help prepare regular reports on social media metrics, identifying what works and suggesting improvements.

5. **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s style, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all social media platforms.

6. **Trend Research & Content Optimization**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance based on trends and analytics.

1. **Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Prior experience or internships in social media management is a plus but not required.
- A solid understanding of popular social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. **Skills**:

- Creative mindset with strong written and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

4. **Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. **Availability**:

- Willing to commit to the internship duration and available to work flexible hours if required.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

- Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
