Orthodox is a luxury women’s fashion brand founded by Aashna in 2023. We specialize in contemporary luxury formalwear, blending heritage and classic silhouettes with modern trends. Our designs are inspired by tradition, but reimagined through a fresh, bold lens. We aim to deliver timeless, elegant styles for the modern woman.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and curating engaging content (images, videos, copy) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Help in managing daily social media activities, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Track and report on social media performance, helping optimize strategies to boost engagement and reach.
- Assist in running paid advertising campaigns and collaborating on influencer partnerships.
- Monitor social media trends, identifying opportunities for Orthodox to participate in relevant conversations and campaigns.
- Support the team in executing online campaigns and promotions aligned with seasonal collections and brand values.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and strategies.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, including outreach and communication with potential influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fashion, especially luxury and contemporary styles.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) and an understanding of social media trends and strategies.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of Orthodox’s design ethos.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
