**Reporting To**: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

**Job Purpose**:
To operate and maintain tea packaging machinery - specifically **VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal)**, **Multi-head Weigher**, and **Flow Wrap Machines** - ensuring efficient and high-quality packing operations as per company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor the following machines:

- **VFFS Machine** - for pouch packing of loose tea
- **Multi-head Weigher** - for accurate dosing and filling of tea
- **Flow Wrap Machine** - for packing tea bags, sachets, or pouches in outer wraps
- Set up machines according to product and batch specifications
- Conduct weight checks, sealing inspections, and ensure packaging material accuracy
- Perform minor adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain daily production and machine log sheets
- Clean machines and work area as per hygiene and GMP standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime
- Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and quality protocols strictly

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass preferred
- **Experience**: 2-5 years operating VFFS, Multi-head, or Flow Wrap machines in tea or FMCG sector
- **Technical Skills**: Machine handling, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
- **Soft Skills**: Teamwork, attention to detail, and a disciplined work approach

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory-based role with rotational shifts
- Physically demanding; requires standing and manual handling of materials
- PPE usage is mandatory (gloves, safety shoes, masks, etc.)
