Injection Molding Machine Operator

Set up and operate injection moulding machines (startup, shutdown, tool changeovers, adjustments).
- Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and correct processing problems (e.g., part defects, machine malfunctions).
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain clean and safe working areas according to 5S or company guidelines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, mould specifications, and work instructions.
- Document machine settings, production counts, downtime, and quality issues.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams to optimize output.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, scrap reduction).
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good understanding of plastics and moulding materials (e.g., PP, ABS, PC, Nylon).
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to identify and correct defects (flash, short shots, sink marks, warping).
- Familiarity with machine brands (e.g., Engel, Arburg, Haitian, Nissei, etc.) is a plus.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail and quality focus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,692.05 - ₹20,000.00 per month
