**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate **shearing machines** to cut metal sheets (GI, PPGI, Aluminum, etc.) to specified dimensions.
- Set up and operate **hydraulic or CNC bending machines** to form profiles required for PUF panel assembly.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders** to determine material sizes and bend sequences.
- Monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or deviations from prescribed tolerances.
- Perform **routine maintenance and safety checks** on machines and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with **quality standards and safety regulations**.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of metal sheets when needed.
- Work closely with the assembly and foaming departments to ensure timely availability of processed components.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **High school diploma or ITI certification** in mechanical or related field preferred.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** operating shearing and bending machines in a sheet metal or PUF panel manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read **engineering drawings and measurement tools** like calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Understanding of **metal sheet properties** and bending allowances.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and **attention to detail**.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- **Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with **PUF panel manufacturing** or sandwich panel production.

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory floor environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and sheet metal.
- Use of PPE (safety gloves, shoes, glasses, etc.) is mandatory.
