**Job Title: Immigration Executive**
**Location**: Noida Sector 63, Block E 160
**Department**: Immigration Services
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries (UK, US, Canada, Poland, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of immigration documentation, visa status, and expiration dates.
- Prepare and review required documentation including offer letters, client letters, employer letters, and other supporting materials.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor updates and changes in immigration laws and provide guidance to the management and employees.
- Assist in audit preparedness and support internal/external audits related to immigration matters.
- Respond to queries related to visa processes and provide support throughout the immigration lifecycle.
- Maintain immigration dashboards, trackers, and generate periodic reports for internal review.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Law, or related field preferred).
- 2 years of experience in immigration processing (preferably in a corporate or consultancy setting).
- Knowledge of global immigration processes, especially for the US, UK, Canada, and other major markets.
- Familiarity with immigration software and document management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
