**Oracle Compensation Cloud Lead Consultant**

Budget:120 K.P.M
- 10+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
- Should have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and closure) with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Compensation in a Techno-Functional Role
- Good Hands-on experience in Fast Formula for Compensation Module
- Good understanding of the following Oracle Fusion Products in the capacity of Lead SME
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.
- Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.
- At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.
- Implementing Oracle Compensation Cloud module as per timeline.
- Leading Oracle Compensation Cloud Implementation Project that includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, System Design and Configuration and User Acceptance Testing and Go-live
- Salary Increment, STI Plans configuration, Fast Formula Development
- Identify functionality gaps in the product from a business process perspective to drive efficiency and initiate projects to build a solution.
- Facilitate end-user training, testing, troubleshooting and provide POST GO LIVE Support & Structure.
- Assist HCM team users in mapping and streamlining business practices to implement the module
- Facilitate Reports and Dashboard specification development and deployment.
- Work closely with Business Partners to drive adoption and user satisfaction in using Oracle Fusion HCM
- Technically capable to Validate the Design, Configuration

Responsible for:
Import / Load and validate Master and Transactional Data

**Skills Requirement and Qualification**:

- 10+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HR Applications, 8+ years in Oracle Fusion
- Should have completed at **least two** _4 phases full project life cycle_ (initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) with extensive experience in Oracle Compensation
- Good understanding of the Oracle ERP systems
- Experience in Project Lead and SME
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.
- Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.
- At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
