Job Title: Telecaller - Marketing
Location: Kopar Khairne, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Telecalling/Marketing
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
Handle inquiries from IndiaMart & Trade India and convert leads into business opportunities.
Build and maintain a database of leads and clients contacts.
Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Address clients queries, providing effective and timely solutions.
Update and manage records for seamless lead tracking.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication & persuasive skills to engage potential clients.
Strong ability to build relationships over the phone.
Prior experience in telecalling/marketing is mandatory.
Good organizational & data management skills for efficient follow-ups.
Experience in using CRM software for lead tracking and reporting.
Experience in the Solar Industry is a plus.
