The primary objective of this role is to generate leads or sales, depending on the target of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads or close sales, depending on the goal of the company
- Create and maintain paperwork or documentation based on the telecalling conversation
- Check-in with existing clients
- Branch out and find potential clients through calling work.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to hand over warm leads, providing them with comprehensive information to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and improvement of outreach methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with decision makers and articulate the value of our products and services effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors in Commerce / Business/ Management / Arts / Sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
