
Telecalling Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients and introduce company products/services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Understand client requirements and tailor product presentations accordingly.
- Follow up with leads to close sales or nurture relationships for future opportunities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and present solutions effectively.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
