Srew is a leading firm specializing in consultancy services for various TV shows and web series on multiple platforms. Our mission is to deliver exceptional content that captivates audiences worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join us.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to promote our web series.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts are cutting-edge.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce eye-catching visuals and engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
