- Good Knowledge of Balance Scorecard and employee data management**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management report.
- Create all Historical dashboard auto made using MS advance excel with VBA/micro.
- Creating monthly Scorecard/Incentive report Team/Manager/Department wise.
- Creating MIS reports and conditional report as per requirement
- Creating Performance report daily/ weekly / monthly reports.
- Performing business analysis report using MS Excel or Power BI tool.
- Maintain employee information details.
- Making folders of different projects and formatting the data.
- Ability to coordinate and manage activities with teams and departments

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 year experience on Avaya/Nortel/ Any other ACD on reporting.
- Minimum 3 year experience on Dristi Ameyo, IEX, Blue Pumpkin,NGUCC.
- **Knowledge of Advanced Excel/VB/Macro**.
- Understanding of BPO operations in terms Telecom/Sales/Logistics/Healthcare.
- Thorough understanding of ACD/Raw dump/Avaya CMS.
- Ability to perform with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to do multi-tasking.
- Willing to upgrade oneself when required
- Should be open to rotational shift.

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
