Min 10 years experience in GEM Complete hands on knowledge of GEM / OEM / IREPS and Maha Tenders and other portals Complete process from RFQ to delivery to payment should be independently handled.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Management:

- Identify and analyze government, private sector, and institutional tenders for pharmaceutical products.
- Prepare and submit complete and accurate tender documents as per the requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, and legal) to gather the necessary documents and information for tender submissions.
- Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities, deadlines, and submission records.
- Bid Preparation & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with tender specifications, terms, and condition
- Prepare and compile technical, financial, and commercial proposals for tender
- Ensure that all documentation (licenses, certificates, financials) required for te submission is up-to-date and complete.
- Supplier Coordination:

- Liaise with suppliers to obtain the necessary product information, pricing, and certificates for tender submission
- Ensure that all required products meet the specifications outlined in the tend documents. -Follow-Up & Documentation:

- Track the status of submitted tenders and follow up with authorities and customers for feedback.
- Prepare reports on tender outcomes and keep track of all wins, losses, and pending results.
- Market Research & Analysis:

- Monitor trends and developments in the pharmaceutical procurement market.
- Keep abreast of new regulations, policies, and procedures related to tendering in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Contract Negotiations:

- Assist in negotiating contract terms once a tender is awarded, ensuring that the terms align with company policies.
- Internal Reporting & Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all aspects of t tender process are aligned and efficiently handl
- Provide regular reports to senior management on tender activities, outcomes, and market trends. Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related fiel
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in tendering or bid management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPo Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling government and institutional tenders.
- Familiarity with electronic tendering systems.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations in the healthcare sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
