**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment or healthcare-related roles (preferred but not required).
- Passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
